AbstrakThis research examines Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas's "intuition of existence" as an epistemological framework addressing modern philosophy's crisis: knowledge fragmentation, subject-object dichotomy, and cognitive reductionism. The study aims to: (1) analyze al-Attas's integration of fitrah, tawhid, and ma'rifah; (2) compare his framework with Cartesian dualism and phenomenology; (3) develop applications for consciousness studies, environmental ethics, and cross-cultural dialogue. Using systematic textual analysis, comparative philosophical investigation, and critical synthesis, this research demonstrates how al-Attas transcends the subject-object divide while maintaining objective knowledge claims. Expected outputs: one internationally indexed article, one national journal article, an international conference presentation, and a monograph. This research positions Islamic epistemology as a meaningful contributor to global philosophical discourse, offering alternatives to both materialist reductionism and relativistic approaches.
